🚚 Shipping Policy

At BURNED by Stephanie, we ship your handcrafted items with care and attention to detail. Whether it’s a custom hat or a wood pyrography piece, we want it to arrive safely and beautifully.

1. Processing Time 

- Pre-made pieces will be shipped usually within 3-5 business days of the order date and payment fulfilled. 
- Custom and personalized items may take longer depending on design complexity
- You’ll receive updates when your order ships

Need something by a specific date? PLEASE reach out before ordering — we’ll do our best to accommodate but do have to put custom works on hold or on a waiting list during peak times and holidays. 

2. Shipping Carriers
We primarily ship using:
- **PirateShip** (for discounted rates)
- **USPS**
- **UPS**
- **FedEx**

- other if needed 

Carrier selection depends on your location, package size, and delivery speed.

3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, selected carrier and if a special box size is needed. We do not charge handling fees — what you see is what we pay.

4. Tracking & Delivery
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via messenger, text or email. 
- Delivery times may vary and especially during peak times, holidays, weather or due to carrier delays  

***We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer***

5. International Shipping
At this time, we primarily ship within the United States. If you’re outside the U.S. and interested in placing an order, please contact us directly to discuss options.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within **3 days** of delivery. Include your order number and photos if applicable — we’ll work with you to find a solution.
