🔄 Return & Refund Policy 

Effective Date: July 17, 2025

At BURNED by Stephanie, every item is crafted with care and creativity. Because many of our pieces are handmade and often customized, we’ve created a return policy that balances fairness with the nature of our work.

1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns on non-customized, non-personalized unused items within **7 days** of delivery. To be eligible:
- Item must be in original condition
- Must include original packaging, if any
- Customer must contact us within the 7 day return window

2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to their personalized nature, the following items are non-returnable: 
- Custom burned hats or wood pyrography pieces
- Personalized or made-to-order items
- Sale or discounted items

We encourage customers to review product details carefully before ordering. If you have questions, reach out — we’re happy to help!

3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Email us: msmh42005@icloud.com with your order number and reason for return
- We’ll provide instructions and a return address
- Return shipping costs or gas cost used to drop off item(s) are the responsibility of the customer

4. Refunds 

Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for processing

If the item is damaged or not in its original condition, we may issue a partial refund or deny the request.

5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you’d like a different item, please initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within **3 days** of delivery. Include photos and a description so we can make it right!
